TENDER DESCRIPTION

With respect to the project bearing the reference number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00014 titled “Kertvárosi sewer development”, design works related to infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza administrative areas: permit (licensing) plan; preparation of the construction (execution) plan and provision of Designer site supervision tasks (5 occasions); professional support for procurement procedures aimed at the related construction works. The Municipality previously prepared the water-legal facility permitting and construction (execution) plan for the “Kertvárosi sewer reconstruction” (hereinafter: the “Existing Plan”), which contains the reconstruction of the channel lining of the main collector sewer typically located in a residential area, and the establishment of flood-peak-reducing rainwater detention reservoirs at two locations. Under the Existing Plan, the acquisition of the property portions required for the implementation of the rainwater detention reservoirs and management strips to be built had not previously taken place, therefore the Existing Plan was not submitted for an application for a water-legal facility construction permit.
