TENDER DESCRIPTION

With regard to the project entitled “Development of a rainwater drainage system on Törzs Street” under project number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00016, design works related to infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza administrative areas: preparation of permit plans; preparation of construction/tender documents and provision of designer’s site supervision tasks (5 occasions); professional support for procurement procedures aimed at the related construction works. The Municipality has previously prepared the water-law facility permitting and construction plan for the “Drainage of rainwater on Törzs Street” (hereinafter: the “Existing Plan”), which, for the purpose of improving the operating efficiency of the existing system, provides for the installation at multiple points of prefabricated reinforced concrete rainwater storage tanks capable of storing excess rainfall during backwater surges occurring at downpour peaks. The Existing Plan has a water-law facility installation permit. The Existing Plan was prepared in accordance with the previous “TOP” tender specifications, and is therefore not suitable for use (for settlement/accounting) in the current “TOP Plusz” tender…
