TENDER DESCRIPTION

With regard to the project entitled “Development of internal area roads in Nyíregyháza, Phase IX” under contract number TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00018, design-related works linked to infrastructure development in the administrative territory of Nyíregyháza: preparation of the permit design; preparation of the construction (implementation) design and performance of designer site supervision tasks (5 occasions); professional support for procurement procedures aimed at the related construction works. The Contractor’s task is to carry out comprehensive design works for the renovation of the existing residential streets of Nyíregyháza, Honvéd utca, Laktanya tér, Maláta utca, Nádor utca, Róka utca (between Honvéd utca and Nádor utca), Serház utca, Szilfa utca, Szántó K. J. utca, together with the preparation of the combined permit and construction-level plan, fully completed.
