TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the supply of natural gas with assumption of liability for imbalance in full to the contracting authority’s offtake points, including transport, distribution, and all services associated with the supply of natural gas, in quality that meets the technical requirements of the operator of the distribution network, while complying with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions, and the operating rules of the operator of the gas distribution network.
