TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the lease of a device for the isolation of nucleic acids, together with the supply of compatible diagnostic kits (IVD) for the isolation of nucleic acids for the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, the Laboratory Diagnostics Department of the M. Kopernik Provincial Multispecialty Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, which is also the price form, and in Appendix No 2a to the SWZ. 2. To remain valid, the tender must be submitted for all items. 3. The Contracting Authority has provided, as part of this contract, the possibility to exercise the option right. The option consists in increasing the quantity of goods ordered up to the maximum quantities indicated in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority may or may not exercise the option right, or may do so in part. The contract performed under the option is a unilateral entitlement of the Contracting Authority.
