TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of this contract is the lease of a device for the isolation of nucleic acids along with the delivery of compatible diagnostic kits (IVD) for the isolation of nucleic acids for the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, Laboratory Diagnostics Department of the M. Kopernika Provincial Multispecialty Centre for Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, which is also the price form, and Appendix No 2a to the SWZ. 2. To remain valid, the tender must be submitted for all items. 3. The Contracting Authority has provided, under this contract, the possibility of exercising the option right. The option consists in increasing the quantity of the goods ordered up to the maximum quantities indicated in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority may either not exercise the option right or exercise it in part. The contract to be performed under the option is a unilateral entitlement of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority’s failure to exercise the option right does not give rise, on the part of the Contractor, to any claims against the Contracting Authority.…
