TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the competition is a proposal for the conversion of an existing rural building or a proposal for the construction of a new municipal house and the solution for the adjacent public spaces, in particular the village square. The competition is open, one-stage, architectural and design. The purpose of the competition is to find the most suitable solution and to select the participants with whom the contracting authority, in a subsequent negotiated procedure without publication pursuant to Section 65 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., will negotiate the conclusion of a contract for the preparation of design documentation and related services.
