TENDER DESCRIPTION
Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 3 GmbH intends to construct a new building with approximately 14 residential units on its own land (Flst. 13617 with 460 m² of land area) in Munich, district 17 Obergiesing-Fasanengarten, as a replacement for the currently existing stock of approximately 17 residential units. The extensive investigations have shown that renovation of the existing building stock is no longer possible due to dilapidated building fabric, so the existing building stock will be demolished.
