TENDER DESCRIPTION
Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 3 GmbH intends to construct a new building for approximately 14 residential units on its own land (Flst. 13617 with 460 m² of site area) in Munich, district 17 Obergiesing-Fasanengarten, as a replacement for the currently existing approximately 17 residential units. The extensive investigations have shown that refurbishment of the existing building is no longer possible due to the dilapidated condition of the building fabric, so the existing building will be demolished.
