TENDER DESCRIPTION
Münchner Wohnen Immobilien 3 GmbH intends, on its own property (Flst. 13617 with 460 m² of site area) in Munich, borough 17 Obergiesing-Fasanengarten, to construct a new building with approximately 14 residential units as a replacement for the currently existing approximately 17 residential units. The extensive investigations have shown that refurbishment of the existing building is no longer possible due to the dilapidated building fabric, so the existing building will be demolished.
