TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project 125VS513: The measure concerns the site clearance of the expansion area (approx. 10 ha) of the existing property. This area is currently still used as agricultural arable land. The scope of the construction task is determined by the ALP (General Property Planning). On the one hand, nature conservation-related measures and investigations are to be carried out, including the landscape maintenance accompanying plan. On the other hand, the rough layout/planum for the building plots of the planned construction measures is to be established in accordance with the ALP, including access roads; in doing so, the existing differences in ground levels must be largely balanced out. The results of the nature conservation-related legal investigations are to be taken into account. In addition, as part of this measure, the existing property record documentation is to be updated by surveying the expansion area based on existing conditions with the outdoor property information system (LISA), including the property perimeter ring.
