TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project 125VS513: The measure concerns the site clearance of the expansion area (approx. 10 ha) of the existing property. This area is currently still used as agricultural arable land. The scope of the construction task is defined by the ALP (General Property Planning). On the one hand, nature conservation-related measures and investigations must be carried out, including the landscape management accompanying plan. On the other hand, the rough grading for the building plots of the planned construction measures in accordance with the ALP, including access roads, must be established; here, the existing differences in ground level are to be compensated for to the greatest extent possible. The results of the nature conservation/legal investigations are to be taken into account. In addition, within the scope of this measure, the property inventory documentation is to be updated by surveying the expansion area and using the property information system for external facilities (LISA), including the property boundary ring.
