TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the property extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agriculture, in future, among other things, the construction of a new site management building, new sports facilities and infrastructure for the training centre will be established. Since the increase in area will be greater than the already approved requirements necessitate, it will be possible in future to cover additional requirements that are yet to be determined within the property extension. The task is therefore, on the one hand, to implement the development for the construction measures that are already planned and, on the other hand, to prepare an extension of the development into the area. In addition to access/route connections into the area, the development includes fencing, connection of electricity, drinking water, firefighting water and wastewater, as well as the IT network and property security. Furthermore, an independent heat supply system is to be developed and implemented for the expansion area, including the required building for central heat supply.
