TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the property extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agriculture, in future, among other things, the construction of a new site support facility (Geländebetreuung), new sports facilities, and infrastructure for the training centre will be created. Since the increase in area is greater than the already approved needs require, in future additional needs—still to be determined—can be covered within the property extension. The task is thus, on the one hand, to implement the development for the construction measures already planned, and on the other hand, to prepare an extension of the development into the area. The development comprises, in addition to access to the area, fencing, connection of electricity, drinking water, firefighting water and wastewater, as well as the IT network and protection/security of the property. In addition, a separate heat supply is to be developed and implemented for the extension area, including the required building for central heat supply.
