TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the property extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agriculture, in future, among other things, the construction of new site facilities for site management, new sports facilities, and infrastructure for the training centre will be created. Since the increase in area is greater than what is required by the already approved needs, in future additional needs—still to be determined—can be covered in the property extension. The aim is therefore, on the one hand, to implement the development for the construction measures already planned and, on the other hand, to prepare an extension of the development into the area. In addition to access to the area, the development includes fencing, connection of electricity, drinking water, firefighting water and wastewater, as well as the IT network and safeguarding of the property. Furthermore, a separate heat supply is to be developed and implemented for the extension area, including the required building for central heat supply.
