TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the site extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agriculture, in future, among other things, the construction of ground facilities management, new sports facilities and infrastructure for the training center will be created. Since the increase in area is greater than the needs already approved require, in future additional needs to be determined will be covered in the site extension. Thus, on the one hand the development for the construction measures already planned is to be implemented, and on the other hand a further extension of development into the area is to be prepared. In addition to access to the area, the development includes fencing, connection of electricity, drinking water, fire-fighting water and wastewater, as well as the IT network and property security. Furthermore, a separate heat supply for the extension area is to be developed and implemented, including the required building for a central heat supply.
