TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the property extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agriculture, in future, among other things, the construction of grounds support services, new sports facilities, and infrastructure for the training centre are to be created. Since the increase in floor area is greater than what is required by the already approved needs, in future further needs—still to be determined—can be met within the property extension. It is therefore necessary, on the one hand, to implement the development for the construction measures already planned and, on the other hand, to prepare an expansion of the development into the area. In addition to access to the area, the development includes fencing, the connection of electricity, drinking, fire-fighting and wastewater, as well as the IT network and the site security. Furthermore, for the extension area, an independent heat supply must be developed and implemented, including the required building for a central heat supply.
