TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this measure, the property extension is to be developed. On the area currently still used for agricultural purposes, in the future, among other things, the construction of new terrain support facilities, new sports facilities, and infrastructure for the training center is to be established. Since the increase in land area is greater than the needs already approved require, in future additional needs, which are yet to be determined, can be covered within the property extension. The project is therefore intended, on the one hand, to implement the development for the already planned construction measures and, on the other hand, to prepare an extension of the development into the area. In addition to access routes into the area, the development includes fencing, connection of electricity, drinking water, fire-fighting water and wastewater, as well as the IT network and property security. Furthermore, for the extension area, an independent heat supply is to be developed and implemented, including the required building for a central heat supply. In addition, the planning services for this measure are to be prepared using the BIM methodology. Further tender documents…
