TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Amsterdam procures physical security services for municipal locations. The assignment includes deploying security guards, physical security coordinators and switchboard operators for the Municipal Alarm Centre (GAC), including supervision, access control, incident handling and carrying out fire, opening and closing rounds at locations where physical security is procured. The Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for this with a single contractor for an initial term of four years with two options to extend by one year each.
