The subject of the contract is to ensure the provision of cooperation by the provider (spa facility) within the framework of research involving patients with a prescribed either comprehensive spa treatment and rehabilitation care, or contributory spa treatment and rehabilitation care, or privately paid spa treatment care, selected according to the entry criteria and with a stay at the spa facility in one of the spa towns of the Karlovy Vary Region — Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně, Františkovy Lázně, Lázně Kynžvart, Jáchymov (according to the provider’s local jurisdiction).
