TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services of object planning for the building are being awarded, § 34 HOAI and Appendix 10 to HOAI, service phases (LPH) 3–9, as well as completion of service phases 1 and 2 for the new construction of a sports club building and the conversion of an existing building in the basement, including the demolition of the above-ground part of the building. In addition, other special services from the scope of architect services will be awarded.
