TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services of the project planning for the building, Section 34 HOAI and Appendix 10 to the HOAI, LPH 3-9, as well as completion of LPH 1 and 2, are to be awarded for the new construction of a club house and the conversion of an existing building in the basement, including the demolition of the above-ground part of the building. In addition, further Special Services from the field of architects’ services are to be awarded.
