Building planning for the renovation of the listed administrative buildings Villa KS and KR of the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences at Prinzregentenufer 41 and 45. (see: https://geoportal.bayern.de/denkmalatlas/?search=2# Monument number: D-5-64-000- 1578 and D-5-64-000-1579) Villa KS (year of construction 1922) and Villa KR (year of construction 1928) are two detached buildings on a plot of land area of 3,497 m². The net floor area (NRF) of both buildings totals 1,296 m². Both buildings are completely vacant. They are primarily intended for administrative use. In addition, the villas are to be made usable as the heart of the campus for other groups of users of the university.
