Building planning for the refurbishment of the listed administrative buildings Villa KS and KR of the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences at Prinzregentenufer 41 and 45. (see: https://geoportal.bayern.de/denkmalatlas/?search=2# Monument number: D-5-64-000- 1578 and D-5-64-000-1579) Villa KS (year built 1922) and Villa KR (year built 1928) are two detached buildings on a plot of land area of 3,497 m². The net floor area (NRF) of both buildings is a total of 1,296 m². Both buildings are completely emptied. They are used primarily for administrative purposes. In addition, the villas are to be made usable as the heart of the campus for additional groups of users of the university.
