TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the undeveloped part of the property at Eversbuschstraße 134, a replacement site with a caretaker's apartment is to be created for the Munich Volunteer Fire Department, Allach division, on the approximately 3,000 m2 site. The size of the future open space is approximately 2,500 m2. The areas required by the user, as specified in an approved room program, have a usable area of approximately 565 m2. Property and Urban Development Objectives: The property to be developed is located in Allach at the intersection of Eversbusch- and Höcherstraße. It lies within the scope of a simple development plan (B-Plan). The buildable area is limited by a rear building boundary and a front building line. According to the land use plan, it is a community needs area for security, adjacent to community needs areas for education, religion, as well as residential areas. The immediate surroundings are predominantly characterized by buildings of building classes 1, 2, and 3. The property is owned by the City of Munich.
