TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension of the Bethanien Training Centre for Healthcare Professions: Services for planning structures and interiors with service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 HOAI 2021 with phased commissioning; Stage 1: service phases 1 to 3. There is no entitlement to the transfer of further service phases. The current schedule provides for commissioning and the start of Stage 1 in mid-February 2027. The budget for KG 200 to 700 is approximately EUR 12.4 million gross.
