TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension of the Bethanien Educational Centre for Health Professions: Services for planning structures and interior spaces with performance phases 1 to 9 according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2021 with staged commissioning; Stage 1: Performance phases 1 to 3. There is no entitlement to the transfer of further performance phases. The current schedule provides for commissioning and the start of Stage 1 in mid-February 2027. The budget for KG 200 to 700 is approx. EUR 12.4 million gross.
