Service: structural design for buildings and interior spaces, thermal building physics including PHP, room and building acoustics, fire protection verification, overall BIM coordination, Phases of performance (LPH): 2-9, Construction project: new construction of the art and natural science wing with approx. 2,000 m² net usable floor area (NUF), revision of the intermediate building roof truss with approx. 250 m² roof area, refurbishment of the laboratory building with approx. 225 m² net floor area (NRF), interim solution during the construction phase: 3*4 classrooms plus ancillary rooms Cost ceiling: €29.66 million (gross, KG 200-600), Project execution: 1st partial construction measure: remediation of contaminants, demolition and construction of excavation pits for the new laboratory building, construction of the interim building, rerouting of the utility services, 2nd partial construction measure: new construction of the new laboratory building, revision of the intermediate building roof truss, refurbishment of the old laboratory building The project will be implemented using the BIM planning methodology.
