The scope of services includes all basic services of the service profile for object planning of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 para. 3 HOAI. In particular, the planning includes the development of the floor plans, space and functional planning, the integration of tenant-specific fit-out requirements, and the coordination of interfaces between the landlord’s fit-out and the tenant’s fit-out. It is mandatory to ensure that step-free access including a lift, as well as a fire protection and a sound insulation concept are implemented.
