• Construction Section 1: Execution Planning (Leistungsphase 5).

Upon contract award, initially only the basic services of Stage 1 and specific consulting and special services marked as "Zuschlag" in the service and remuneration catalog are commissioned. The client reserves the right to commission the basic services of Stage 2 and other optional consulting and special services.

The measure aims to develop the Pfarrer-Kneipp Grund- und Mittelschule into a full-day educational institution, adapting its areas to projected student numbers. The planning work encompasses:

• Replacement New Construction (Ersatzneubau):
• Ground floor: Foyer, assembly hall, canteen, kitchen, multi-purpose room.
• First and second floors: Learning clusters with five classrooms each.
• Focus on the new construction with integration possibilities to the existing triple sports hall and administration wing.
• Conversion Measures (Umbaumaßnahmen):
• In the entire ground floor of the administration wing and the northern part of the east wing (ground floor to second floor).
• Restructuring: To function as a full-day school at the existing location according to the construction program.
