TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to restructure Pfarrer-Kneipp Primary and Secondary School in Bad Wörishofen. As part of the restructuring, in particular the "Old Gymnasium" is to be demolished and replaced by a new building in its place. The restructuring will be carried out in 2 construction phases: construction phase 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 1") and construction phase 2 (hereinafter also referred to as "BA 2"). The construction project is to be implemented using funding in accordance with Article 10 of BayFAG as well as under the state funding programme for full-day expansion. The planning services for the service profile of building and interior planning for service phases 1 and 5 pursuant to the Rules on Fees for Architects and Engineers dated 10 July 2013 (BGBl. I p. 2276), as most recently amended by Article 3 of the Act dated 22 March 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I No. 88) (hereinafter only "HOAI"), were and/or are provided by third parties on behalf of the contracting authority.
