TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State Capital Munich plans the construction of a Mobile Space Unit (MRE) as temporary accommodation for various schools on the outdoor sports facilities of the Hirschbergstraße 33 primary school. The school building is to be erected in timber system construction by a general contractor (GU). A zoning plan (BPlan) does not exist. Due to the planned period of use, an indefinite building permit application is required. The requirements for climate-responsible construction must be observed. The new construction is to be designed for two types of schools with different usage requirements. First, the local primary school is to be relocated to the temporary accommodation for the duration of the general refurbishment with extension construction. After that, a temporary partial relocation of a neighboring grammar school is planned. If possible, open areas of the existing school, e.g., the playground and parking area, are also to be used by the MRE.
