TENDER DESCRIPTION
Fördern & Wohnen (F&W) provides people who are homeless or without housing with a roof over their heads and helps them get back on their feet. Refugees also find temporary accommodation here. For people who have particular difficulty on the housing market, F&W provides housing. People with disabilities or mental illnesses live with F&W and experience participation. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR is a subsidiary of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. With around 2,300 employees, it is there for people at more than 200 locations. In Hamburg, Oldesloer Str. 166, a former hotel building—taken into F&W ownership in 2023—is to be converted/renovated.
