TENDER DESCRIPTION

The hall itself has a gross floor area of around 449 m² and is fitted on both long sides with an outdated version of an impact wall / panelling of ship-lap boards (Rauspund wall cladding). As planned, as shown in the project description, the gymnasium is to be fully adapted to the current requirements of a modern school/club sports hall. In this context, particular attention is to be paid to the requirements for the energy and technical upgrades necessary and the sports requirements which are needed in order to achieve a hall that is up to date and fit for the future. The main objective of this tender is to develop the preliminary planning for a renovation to such an extent that participation in the application for the upcoming “Funding programme for the renovation of municipal sports facilities” is possible with the result, and ideally that this is also achieved. With the background of initially working towards a grant approval, for this measure, the first step is to commission HOAI performance phases 1-3.
