TENDER DESCRIPTION
The hall itself comprises a net floor area of around 449 m² and is fitted on both long sides with an outdated version of an impact-resistant wall panel / a wall cladding with slatted boards (Rauspund). It is planned, as set out in the project description, to adapt the sports hall comprehensively to meet the current requirements for a modern school/club sports hall. Particular attention is to be paid above all to the requirements for the energy-related and technically necessary adaptations and to the sporting requirements that are necessary to achieve a hall that is up to date and fit for the future. The main objective of this tender is to develop the preliminary planning for a renovation to such an extent that participation in the upcoming “Funding programme for the renovation of municipal sports facilities” application can be made with the resulting documentation, and that this is ideally also obtained. With the aim initially of working towards obtaining a funding commitment, the following service phases 1–3 of HOAI are to be commissioned for this measure in the first step.
