Building services planning “Transport infrastructure” (HOAI phases 1 – 6 and phases 8, 9) For the section between Oberbiberg and Oberhaching, various rehabilitation and expansion options close to the existing infrastructure are to be developed and compared with one another in terms of cost, technical feasibility, durability, road safety, permit requirements, and implementation duration. The aim is to identify the most cost-effective solution that can be implemented promptly. In this context, an option to differentiate the measures by section is also to be examined. On the basis of the variant comparison, a preferred variant is to be recommended. Due to the identified PAH loadings, a disposal and recovery concept is to be developed for the resulting expansion materials. The costs arising from this and the impact on the construction schedule are to be taken into account in the variant comparison. The findings of the existing asset audit are to be taken into account in the planning.
