Project planning § 34 HOAI LPH 1-5 for the general refurbishment and extension of a full-day, 5-form primary school with a two-court sports hall, canteen, THV apartment, House for Children 2-4-0, outdoor play areas and outdoor parking spaces at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich, 9th district of Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The listed school building was constructed between 1901 and 1903 using predominantly solid construction methods. In addition to the original building fabric, in particular war-related reconstruction measures, extensive water damage, numerous later alterations and changes of use, pollutant contamination as well as fire protection deficiencies must be taken into account. On the school site, a pavilion with 3 storeys will be erected as a timber modular construction, but it is not part of the contract. During the general refurbishment and extension, the pavilion is used as an interim location for the primary school.
