TENDER DESCRIPTION

Structural and building design services in accordance with §§ 33ff. HOAI for service phase 3 in part, 4 to 8 and any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann-Institute in Jena. To implement the scientific requirement, it is necessary that an independent building is constructed. The building FLI-10 is intended to house fish animal husbandry and microbiological laboratories with adjacent offices. The work areas for fish animal husbandry and the laboratories correspond to the “Ordinance on safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities” (GenTSV) level S2. The laboratory building FLI-10 is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially basement lower floor, the building services facilities for the VE water treatment, the collecting tanks for the wastewater from the KIP test facility and the wastewater treatment for the fish husbandry are located. The ground floor essentially includes animal husbandry with experimental and functional rooms.
