TENDER DESCRIPTION
Object planning § 34 HOAI service phases 1-5 for the comprehensive renovation and expansion into a full-day suitable 5-stream primary school with a double sports hall, cafeteria, THV apartment, House for Children 2-4-0, outdoor play areas and outdoor parking spaces at Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich, 9th district, Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The listed school building was constructed predominantly in solid construction from 1901-1903. In addition to the original building fabric, special consideration is required for war-related reconstruction measures, significant water damage, numerous later alterations and changes of use, pollutant contamination, as well as fire protection deficiencies. A pavilion with 3 floors is being constructed on the school premises as a wooden modular building, but it is not part of the contract. The pavilion serves as temporary accommodation for the primary school during the comprehensive renovation and expansion.
