TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services for building design in accordance with §§ 33ff. HOAI for service phase 3 in part, 4 to 8, as well as any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann-Institut in Jena are being tendered. To meet the scientific requirements, it is necessary that an independent building is constructed. The building FLI-10 is intended to house fish husbandry and microbiological laboratories with adjoining offices. The work areas for fish husbandry and the laboratories correspond to the "Regulation on safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities" (GenTSV) level S2. The laboratory building FLI-10 is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially basemented lower storey, the building services installations of the VE water treatment, the collection tanks for the wastewater from the KIP experimental facility, as well as wastewater treatment for the fish-holding areas are located.
