TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following property planning services are being tendered in accordance with §§ 33ff. HOAI for service phase 3 in part, 4 to 8 and any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann Institute in Jena. To implement the scientific requirement, it is necessary that an independent building be constructed. In the building FLI-10, fish animal husbandry and microbiological laboratories with adjacent offices are planned. The working areas of the fish animal husbandry and the laboratories correspond to the "Ordinance on safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities" (GenTSV) level S2. The FLI-10 laboratory building is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially basement-underbuilt lower floor, the building services installations of the VE water treatment system, the collecting tanks for the waste water from the KIP test facility, as well as the waste water treatment for the fish husbandry are housed.
