Object planning according to Par. 34 HOAI - Service Phases 1 - 9 for the new construction of a club building, Bauseweinallee, The City of Munich has approved the project "New construction of a 5-stream secondary school with triple sports hall and outdoor sports areas on Prof. Eichmann Street (Bauseweinallee), districts 21/23, Pasing - Obermenzing / Allach – Untermenzing" as part of the 5th school construction program. The project will be divided into two areas (school area and sports area) for timely implementation. The contract only covers the sports area. The school area is not part of the contract. The sports area shall be accessed via Weinschenkstraße. The sports area will be implemented first. The goal is to complete the sports area by the end of 2030. Afterwards, the school area will be implemented. The sports area includes the new construction of a club building with open spaces. The room program for the new building includes collective changing rooms, individual changing rooms as well as a changing room for all including the associated washing areas.
