TENDER DESCRIPTION

Existing situation The four-storey school building built in 1905 is located in the middle of the residential area of the Haidhausen-Au district. It was erected as a group building in an historicizing Art Nouveau style and is protected as a listed monument. In addition to the primary school, a secondary school is also housed here. On the school grounds there are modern sports facilities with a swimming hall, multi-purpose sports hall, sports field, and a park-like open area. In the years 1969 to 1972, the school building was renovated; the decorative elements of the Art Nouveau style were retained. Furthermore, in the period from 1996 to 2007, for the essential casement windows, thermal insulation was improved by insulating glazing of the inner pane. Construction task The windows of the school building are now to be restored while observing monument protection requirements. The condition of the windows can be taken from the attached report. As part of this measure, all façades of the school building are also to receive a new coat of paint. Defective areas on the façade will also be repaired.
