TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH at Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, a new building for an emergency doctor station/ambulance station is to be constructed, including a vehicle garage (parking spaces for an emergency doctor vehicle and an ambulance) and standby rooms. The object planning services required to carry out these construction measures, service phases 3-8, Section 34 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of procurement, participation in procurement, supervision of the project - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI have already been prepared and are not subject to the assignment. All planning documents for service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI are attached to the procurement documents for the information of all bidders. Reference is made to the documents included with the procurement documents. The contracting authority has decided on Variant 2 presented in the explanatory report for implementation. The assignment of the planning services required will be carried out in accordance with HOAI
