TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the premises of Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen Buer GmbH at Schernerweg in Gelsenkirchen, a new building is to be constructed for an emergency doctor station/ambulance station, including a vehicle garage (parking spaces for an emergency doctor vehicle and an ambulance) and on-call readiness rooms. The property planning services, service phases 3-8, Section 34 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation of the award procedure, participation in the award procedure, property supervision—construction supervision and documentation) required to carry out these construction measures are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI have already been prepared and are not part of the assignment.
