Structural design services LPH 3-8, Section 34 HOAI, for the construction of a neurovascular center Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends to expand and modernise neurological early rehabilitation on the site at Osterfelder Str. 157 in the ground floor of the main building in a former ward station. The object planning services required to carry out these construction measures, building service group(s) 3-8, performance phases 3-8, Section 34 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of procurement, participation in procurement, site supervision—construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Performance phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI, have already been prepared and are not the subject of the contract to be awarded.
