TENDER DESCRIPTION

Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends to expand and modernise neurological early rehabilitation at the premises Osterfelder Str. 157, in the ground floor of the main building, in a former ward station. The building design services required to carry out these construction measures, plant groups 3-8, service phases 3-8, Section 34 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of award procedure, participation in award procedure, project supervision - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI, have already been developed and are not the subject of the contract. All planning documents for LP 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI are attached to the tender documents for the information of all applicants.
