Knappschaft Kliniken Bottrop GmbH, Osterfelder Str. 157, 46242 Bottrop intends, on the site Osterfelder Str. 157, in the ground floor of the main building in a former ward station, to expand and modernize neurological early rehabilitation. The object design services required to carry out these construction measures, technical systems groups 3-8, service phases 3-8, Section 34 HOAI (design planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation for award, participation in the award, object supervision - construction supervision and documentation) are the subject of this procurement procedure. Service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI have already been prepared and are not part of the assignment. All planning documents for service phases 1 and 2, Section 34 HOAI are attached to the tender documents for the information of all applicants.
