TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is services by freelance professionals to assist with the award procedure (LpH 7 HOAI) and with the object and construction supervision (LpH 8 HOAI) for the new-build of the LRZ and the green areas. The new-build of the LRZ operating building will be carried out at the site in Minden, Sympherstrasse 14. The fully developed WSV-owned plot of land is located in the cadastral district of Minden within an already developed part of the town and is not subject to any development plan. After demolition of an existing old service building in 2022, the new building is to be erected on the same site. On the opposite side of the street, areas owned by the Federal Government are available for the construction and designation of the required parking spaces. The E- AU for the operating building provides for a single-storey building with a TGA basement (gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m²). Based on the Hochbau concept for control centres, the building floor plan consists of three modules: waiting rooms, technical rooms and functional area.
