TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is services by freelance professionals to assist with the award (HOAI LPH 7) and with site and construction supervision (HOAI LPH 8) for the new build of the LRZ and the green areas. The new build of the LRZ operations building will take place at the Minden site at Sympherstrasse 14. The fully developed WSV-owned plot of land is located in the cadastral district of Minden within a built-up part of town and is not subject to any development plan (Bebauungsplan). Following demolition of an existing old service building in 2022, the new building is to be erected on the same site. On the opposite side of the road, areas owned by the Federal Government are available for construction and designation of the required parking spaces. The E-AU for the operations building provides for a single-storey building with a TGA basement (gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m²). Based on the building concept for control centres, the building layout consists of three modules: waiting rooms, technical rooms and functional area.
